Manchester City recently made a fantastic announcement regarding this ban. In a New York minute, the fans were feeling very cheerful as Manchester City successfully overturned its two-year ban from the Champions League. Earlier, UEFA (the Union of European Football Associations) punished Manchester City in February for some of the “serious breaches” of finance, monitoring rules and failure in cooperation with the investigators.

The Court of Arbitration for Sport endorsed the Manchester City’s appeal for UEFA ban. But they, in turn, imposed a charge of 10 million euro (USD 11.3 million) for not cooperating with the investigators. The Court also stated – Some UEFA allegations accusing the City of breaking the finance rules are dating back to several years which were “time-barred”.

This ban removing decision is taken by three judges and gave a “green signal” to the Manchester City to play in group stages of The Champion League in the next season. This case clearly does not affect the City’s place in this season’s competition, which will surely resume in the next month.

Guardiola had pledged to stay in Manchester and said“no matter what happens” in the courts. The club welcomes the implications of today’s ruling as a validation of the club’s position and the body of evidence that it was able to present,” was also said in a statement.

Tamil Nadu Tops Market Borrowings

Amidst the intense lockdown in most of the districts nationwide due to the COVID-19 pandemic, there’s a latest Indian Business newscast, Tamil Nadu tops market borrowings and has by far collected ₹30,500 crores in fiscal 2020-21.

As per the Socio-Economic Statistical Information of Reserve Bank of India (RBI), Tamil Nadu tops market borrowings & has accounted for 17% of the borrowings (₹25,500 crores), through the issue of bonds called the state development loans. Maharashtra accounted for 14%, followed by Rajasthan and Andhra Pradesh at 17% each. The southern state of Tamil Nadu has issued more long tenure bonds when compared to other states and has not tapped short-terms funding avenues.

The State Chief Minister – Edappadi K. Palaniswami recently said that with industries and businesses remaining shut, the State would sustain a shortfall in revenue of about ₹12,000-₹13,000 crores a month!! As per the Finance Secretary’s projections, the State’s GST (Goods and Services Tax) collection fell 15% in June, higher than the 3% national fall.

On July 7, Tamil Nadu borrowed an additional amount of ₹500 crores rather than the ₹2,000 crores, which was originally planned. The State had earlier planned to raise ₹2,000 crores through the issue of bonds of ₹1,000 each along with tenures of 35 years and 3 years respectively. Tamil Nadu had a choice to raise the ₹250 crores in each of these securities, through the ‘greenshoe’ option. Tamil Nadu has also preferred the market borrowing route for raising funds to meet the increased expenditure and falling revenues.

India always gleams with pride. Yet again, this nation has given the world many successful reasons as to why it is a trendsetter name on the Globe. Let’s have a closer look at Australia’s inclusion in the Malabar.

All of this started in 2017 November, when Australia requested to be a part of the Malabar exercises. In this, India, US and Japan developed a strategy to keep the vital sea routes in the Indo Pacific Region free of any influences. These countries gave shape to the long-pending “Quad” coalition.

Historically, this began in 1992 between India and the US. Then, Japan became a permanent member in 2015. Australia has been displaying a willingness to participate in this exercise since then. Now, India is considering Australia’s interest to be part of the upcoming next edition of the Malabar exercise.

If India finally confirms this agreement, this will surely increase the power of this “quad” or quadrilateral coalition which was set up to ensure peace and stability in the Indo-Pacific. Then, it will comprise all the members of the “Quad”. Also, this will keep a check on China’s increasing efforts to expand its military influence in this region. Australia’s inclusion in the Malabar would be the first step towards the militarization of the Quad coalition.

India is favourably considering Australia’s keen interest to be part of the next edition of the Malabar naval exercise. This act has been delayed this year due to the COVID-19 pandemic, but is scheduled to be held towards the end of 2020.

Usually, girls are either given some kind of special provisions or certain types of relaxation in schools, colleges and even some competitive examinations.  Recently, Haryana’s CM – Manohar Lal announced Passports Along With Baccalaureate For Girls.

The Haryana government has initiated a new scheme for girls under which they will be bestowed with a passport together with their graduation degree. CM – Manohar Lal is trending because of this great educational resolution. The state government has decided that every girl student should get passports along with baccalaureate from their respective institutions along with their graduation degree. The Harayana’s CM announced this initiative when he was actively presenting a programme “Har Sar Helmet” organised on Saturday to provide the learners’ driving licenses and free helmets to about 100 students in Karnal.

During this program, He also said that the Learner’s License would be given to the students so as to make them totally aware of the road safety and traffic rules. This whole process would be completed in the colleges itself. In India, the major cause of death in an accident is not wearing a helmet while driving. This initiative is undertaken to spread awareness in the people about road safety and traffic rules. It is indeed a brilliant initiative and we hope that the other states also understand its importance and just as Haryana would soon start this initiative for saving lives.

PUBG recently updated its existing version of the mobile app and came up with new and enhanced Anti-Cheat Measures. The developers of this game state that the players were earlier able to take advantage of the Spectate Mode by using two devices at a time to pinpoint in-game enemy players and gain an unfair advantage over them. But now they won’t be able to do this thing again with modified new measures.

PUBG Mobile’s official team is totally dedicated to upbringing a fair gaming environment. This is strictly followed by punishing the players who disturb this environment. Through the player feedback, they have recently discovered a new cheat in which one-shot can kill players and then inverts their screen momentarily. The official team immediately went into action and tracked the players who have used this.

PUBG Mobile also uses the updated Spectating System and is aimed to resolve the use of cheating by manipulating the existing Spectate Mode and further improve upon the Spectate Mode to identify and eliminate the suspicious behaviours elsewhere in the game.
